"Kosmos" is equipped with chemical laboratory for galvanizing procedure control and quality control of parts and devices being surface protected.
The laboratory equipment and high-quality staff provided gravimetric, volumetric and colorimetric analysis of water and mineral water.
"Kosmos" is equipped with modern lines for painting of vehicles and other specific devices with big dimensions and completely automated line for painting of small dimensions part.
"Kosmos" galvanizing plant can perform the following services:

Production of one-layer and double-layer printed circuit boards is performed on the necessary quality level and very precise by using the silk-screen printing. In the chemical laboratory are performed the analysis of all process baths of mentioned protection procedures in galvanizing and other services of coating quality control (appearance, thickness, adhesion, etc.), as well as the analysis of anion and cat ion content in waste water.
Galvanizing plant has device for "DEMI" water production (demineralized-distillated water) with capacity 2500 lit/hour.
Silk-screen printing and metal etching includes a wide spectrum of possibilities.
Galvanizing plant has high-qualified personnel for the services of the projecting, equipment and chemical selections, supervising during mounting and introducing of surface protection plants and refining of waste water.
